Leo's communication was great. He quickly provided a quote and a further breakdown of costs when asked. The job went ahead quickly and was completed to a good level. I highlighted a couple of things I wasn't happy with as the job was underway and Leo was fine to put them right quickly at no extra cost. He's a nice guy and very easy to deal with.

"I tried to find great condition of timber for porch frames but material shortage in nation wide so It was very hard to get timbers without notchs on them. Lwindi didn't like them so I did replace one of them and use filler in another frame next day. I am little unpleasant to get workmanship score but It is my carelessness about my job so I have to accept the review from Lwindi"
