The tradesman started the 3 day job on 14 Jan 22 to repair the stairway but left it incomplete. Refer pics below of original stairway in black and constructed stairway in natural wood . The sizing of the stringers and stairs was narrow not a footrest as per original 300x50. When asked to rework he revised quote which we accepted but said he was unable to procure material and was on his way to Pukekohe. No response since 27th Jan 22. The stairway was left incomplete although 60% was paid.
