Job description
One of the steps leading up to the front door has rotted - I suspect all three of the treads need to be replaced. In addition some of the wooden framed window hinges have rusted out and need replacing.

Great work - clearly said what he was going to do. completed the job as he said he would and kept in touch regarding when he would arrive. Really happy with the outcome.
