Repair of weather boards, panel replacement, fitting slats
Job description
1. Patch any cracks and splits in the cedar weather boards of the house (in preparation for the boards to be restained). 2. Replace any cracked / patched / damaged white sheeting panels that run around the base of the house & entrance porch (but not around the large rear deck), retaining the ventilation grills. 3. Slat replacement at large rear deck: replace the existing thin slats & panels fitted along the sides of this deck with new wooden slats of approx 2cm width, separated by gaps. 4. Repair/replace damage in steps at rear bedroom of house. 5. Reattach gutter above rear deck (circled in photo) Timeframe: starting August 10th

Very neat workmanship, completed swiftly and as quoted. Laurence even took care of some additional spots that were not originally noticed, for the same quoted price, and provided photos of the completed work. Would definitely make use of his services again in the future.
