Rotting timber frames and beam, rusting heated towel rails
Job description
Repair/replace/repaint rotting timber under ranch-slider and in a large supporting beam on our carport. Also a garden gate and front door are not shutting properly. Parts of our heated towel rails are rusting. Can these be painted over? No particular rush but would like it finished before mid-November.

Thinking back about 18 months now Zeno did not start when he originally said but that was because tradies were run off their feet at that time and also the weather was being uncooperative. However, he always replied promptly when I queried when he might be coming. Once here he and another man worked continuously for quite a few days, even up to 9pm at night on the several jobs he was helping us with. We were very pleased with the outcome.
