Demolish and Repair

I need a fireplace removed and the flooring and wall rebuilt. I am not sure what category to put this under but repairing the floor is going to be the trickiest part of the job so I've focused on that. I want the wall jibbed and the finishing done but will do the painting myself. At this stage I'm just wanting to find out how much it is likely to cost. The photos show the closed off fireplace and a detail of the current flooring. The top of the chimney has already been dismantled when the roof was replaced.
