Job description
The balustrade on the top of a second storey balcony / deck needs replacing as it has rotted. The Balustrade measures 410mm in width and is 6050mm in length.

Rod was quick to communicate. However, when he first reviewed the job, there was more work required than first anticipated (not his fault), however he fixed over the rotten wood, knowing that this would need to be further repaired in the future. He came back the next day to undo the previous days work and repair the balustrade properly, at extra cost to me. He was quick, but he spattered paint on the parked cars below. Then he claimed he didn't do this. I would give him another chance though.
