Install of aluminium office partitions

We have some existing glass partitions with aluminium surrounds (approx 5.7m) that we need installed into our new office. Someone with experience of installing aluminium system should not find this too difficult. There's a gap of about 40mm to the ceiling which needs a solution and it'll need a new small panel inserted on one end where it will meet an existing aluminium window frame (possibly a small section of mdf or similar). Keen to get it done asap. Prefer this to be done over a weekend, thanks!
