Deck Maintenance

Hi there I have a deck that needs 2 boards replaced (boards size 90mmx32mm) and one bean placed (bean size 140mm x 45mm roughly) under the deck. The current deck board is touching the house, so I need to have 2 boards replaced and leave 15mm gap between the house and deck. This is one side of the deck. On the other side of the deck - boards needs to be cut a bit at the edges end so there is a 12-15mm gap between the house and deck. Once the 2 old boards are removed the wall line where the boards were needs to be plastered on the line where it is exposed, some coats of waterproof membrane and coloured match with wall colour with X-200 acrylic weathertight paint. Then, Place the new 2 boards on the deck. Under the deck there is a bean, the bean that holds the deck support also needs coats of waterproof membrane. On this same bean we are also placing a flashing that will be between the bean and the the deck boards so one side of the deck boards will be lifted so the flashing can be between the board and bean - then fix the boards back on the bean and waterproof membrane it. This side of the deck is very small just 1.8m and on the other side of the deck there is a bean as well where the other flashing will be placed but no need to uplift the deck boards on this other side. just place the flashing and waterproof membrane and paint with X-200.
