External Back Door Replacement

We have a back door leading to the kitchen that needs to be replaced. It's been damaged by the weather to the point that there some holes visible. The door width is a little less than 810mm so the new door might have to be resized. I would also like some advice on what sort of door I should buy. We have new tenants moving in so I'd like to get this done as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
