End result, severely disappointed & dissatisfied. Level of quality workmanship below substandard. Nice enough boy but lacked experience & initiative with instructions even with specifics given re: buy the materials required. Rushed the job which in turn resulted in hasty & poor decision making. Taking shortcuts, using off cuts, despite being instructed to buy the extra materials. Part way through the job it became evident he lacked experience & this job was above his skill set.
