Rebuild 32sqm composite deck; new 10-20sqm pergola

I would like a deck rebuild and a new pergola built. If you are able to do only one job and not the other, that is ok, just let me know and I can repost separately on BC if necessary. You may want to come around and quote, or if you're comfortable quoting from the below information that is also great. Deck: I have an existing painted pine deck of about 32sqm split over two main levels. I would like all visible areas to be rebuilt with composite wood, with just one deck level. One idea is to raise the lower level, indicated by red boundaries in the first photo, to the level of the upper level, indicated in yellow shading. Some of the deck was rebuilt just last year with pine, so you should be able to reuse some or all joists. I would also need deck railings built instead of the deck seats. You would need to build at least one more step too. Pergola Supply and install a pergola attached to the side of the house. Size 10-15sqm although depending on cost I would contemplate going up to 20sqm. Install clear or tinted roofing. Would like some fabric screens/roof blinds but not necessary right now. No clear preference on wood or aluminium at this stage.
