Floating deck over waterproofing and soffit repair 20m2
Job description
I have a second story deck which had a leak. I have waterproofer sorted but need approx 20m2 of new hardwood decking on floating packers and some repairs to the hardieboard soffit. I would prefer to agree rates and margins and pay you on charge up. LBP in carpentry required - need a quality finish. Start in approx 1 week.

Really happy with the quality of work from Andrew. He also uses good software for recording hours worked and materials which makes things really easy when it comes to paying the bill.
