Reinforce deck, remove old boards and fix leakage in windows

Lift deck boards, add supports underneath, attend to leaking issues around window sills in conservatory . It is three levels up so needs scaffolding. I need you to be a registered builder please and as soon as poss as part of a bigger reno.
