Vivian’s deck

The deck is bigger than usual and designed for a wheelchair user. It was rebuilt twenty five years ago and is now unsafe. The wheelchair used is in her seventies but active and has a husband who wants to help. Was a maintenance man and has lots of tools. The deck is badly in need of being fixed but elderly owners don’t want it replaced to look like new. Job does not have to be done quickly can could be enjoyable pottering sort of job but amount of work cannot be underestimated. A great opportunity and will not have to wait for payment. Honest good people needing honest good person with skills to do the job would suit older retired tradesman wanting pleasant no pressure employment . Lot of rot needing to be removed and replaced.
