Need a Chippy for a reno for 4-6 weeks

We are looking for a chippy to help renovate our two bedroom flat. Amongst everything is installing a new wall and door, re-gibbing the bathroom walls and ceiling, re-gibbing a bedroom, creating and installing 4 wide stairs from balcony to ground; removing a hinged door and re-doing doorway trim; ripping out two old-school wardrobes and framing them ready for installation of sliding doors; creating a new third wardrobe; fitting new kitchen cabinetry, shower, vanity; installing new door latchsets, locks, hardware etc. Flexible re whether you prefer hourly rate or fixed price. Regular, weekly progress payments. Flat is empty now and available for immediate start, or as soon as you wish. Just cant work statutory holiday days, as neighbours would get titchy :)
