Under House Storage Area

We are looking for someone to box out an area under our house to provide additional storage space. The area is roughly 4.5m deep by 3.5m wide by 1.2 high but is in an L shape (see attached plan) The ground level may have to be dug out slightly to accommodate better flooring. A plastic storm water pipe will also have to be moved as it currently runs in front of the piles that would form the frame of the space. (See attached photos). The floor needs to be strong enough to walk on and support the storage of sports equipment (bikes, kayaks etc.) I’d expect the boxing out to be using H3.2 treated timber as a minimum thick enough (7mm) to deal with a bit of bashing around. In addition we would like a small door to be made further along the exterior cladding to provide new under house access.
