Replace and extend old deck.

Hi, I have an old deck which needs replacing and extending. See sketch on my proposal and photos of the area and existing deck. There is also a photo of a new deck showing the desired colour scheme for the finished deck. The high level scope of work is: Remove existing rotten/damaged deck. Retain sound structure. Install new piles and structure where necessary to extend deck, to dimensions and geometry shown in attached sketch. Install all new deck planks. Install handrail as shown in attached sketch. Install decking planks on sides of deck below deck level, to close in area under the deck. Paint/finish. Remove all old, waste and unused and any other building materials.
