Job description
Three deck verandah posts rotting, need replacing. Likewise one barge-board and one deck plank. Posts about 2.7m, 85x100mm, painted. Barge-board 5.2m, 280mm wide. Decking about 5.2m x 90mm wide. Putting house on market very soon, thus very basic remedial required. 4 pics attached.
