Mt Eden deck and spa
Job description
We have a yard area which we would like to low level deck and set a spa pool into. The decking area is approx. 4m by 8m with an approximately 2m by 2m cutout for the spa across an uneven volcanic surface The spa area will need some digging out as well as wiring into the mains power. We also envisage a shade-sail being put in to protect from neighbours view and leaf litter from the trees around the area. We will probably also re-fence the area which would be approx. 16-24m in length depending on the approach agreed. Sections already exist that are fully fenced, broken and some non- existent atop a section of volcanic rock. The yard is on the front of the property but up off the road and part of the 1st property on a right of way so consideration will need to be given to neighbours. TImeframes would be in the next 3 months depending on availability and pricing
