The stairs and balustrades/handrail on our front deck need a revamp. See photos, handrail is very loose and wobbly, and existing balustrades are rotting from the bottom. Would be replacing with balustrades like the attached photo. Stairs are sturdy but have a lot of wear and tear on the edges.
