Wooden windows repair - first floor

I have one large first floor wooden window (triple pane) which we suspect needs a complete replacement (pictured), and also four adjacent single windows each with rot (pictured). Both restorations in a style to match the original in an art deco classic building. It is a first floor apartment in a stucco building, and will require (possibly suit mobile?) scaffolding to replace it safely. Scaffolding access will be from a level asphalt surface (courtyard) for the large window. We'd like to arrange assessment and quotes as soon as practicable. Thanks for your consideration.
