Build an approx 30-40sqm deck, 40mm timber treads, in front of adjoining ground floor units, approx 1m off the ground, with 2 sets of simple stairs, and trellis privacy screens. Will be built over a concrete pad, so simple fixtures bolted into the ground to hold uprights, and length of timber attached to front of unit as structural support. Deck needs building in around a months time. A full length deck across the whole frontage of the unit block. Photos are close to what we want, of the previous deck which has been removed, but with full trellis screening, and across the full frontage. Photos are of one unit only, but there are 2 adjoining.
