Raised deck path build

We have a large Casuarina tree near our building whose roots are pulling up a concrete path by the building and creating a trip hazard. The Council will not grant permission to remove the tree and we have been advised by them not to repair the path as is, but remove it - that’s job 1. Instead we need to add a raised deck path with ramps over the affected area - that’s job 2.
