Replace Rotted Particle Board Flooring alongside a RanchSlider
Job description
I discovered rotten particle board flooring in 3 places alongside a RanchSlider (both ends & middle) in corner of lounge, while preparing for carpet replacement. 1st photo show worst rot under carpet at ranch slider door opening. Other 3 photos show under floor, clearly visible rotting in the 3 places alongside the ranch slider. Lounge floor corner section therefore needs to be replaced. Full and easy access to cut out and replace required floor section, as the lounge is empty of furniture ready for renovation and the existing old carpet is being disposed of, and also lots of space under house. Job to be completed by 22 March if possible (or earlier).

Excellent tradesman. Quick and professional communication. Was able to complete the job promptly the same week, and at an acceptable price. Didn't bother with any other quotes as Tim was quick to do a site visit and clearly knew what he was doing, so I just went ahead. Job completed a few days later and the result looks great.
