Bottom weatherboard replace/repair
Job description
The side of the house was paved which had been removed. The bottom weatherboards are rotten as we're resting against the pavers. It probably needs some new weatherboards/baseboard replacement. Will be replacing the paving with new pathway .

Job not completed as yet Some piles are in need of replacement which wasn't picked up on inspection so a piler will complete this work early to mid April and then Nuri will come back to complete the weather board replacement, at this stage only a few of the bottom weatherboards have been pulled off. Have paid $700 so far as a deposit as only several hours work completed so far. Communicated and agreed to return to complete once piling is finished in April. Provide final review on completion.
