Replace Floor Boards, Replace Weatherboards

Please quote on the following three jobs: A) - Floorboards on front porch to be removed and replaced with a layer of plywood and then Hardy Board so they can be tiled over. A layer of waterproofing will be required. Measurements for the porch floorboards are 102cm / 129cm B) - Weatherboards on inside of balcony to be replaced with horizontal weatherboards to match the grey weatherboards on the rest of the villa. I do not want to replace it with the current white horizontal tongue and grooved boards. No lighting required. The two short end walls are each 134cm wide / 78cm high. The one centre wall is 419cm wide/ 78cm high. To be completed by April.
