Rot repair window frames

Job is to repair 2 no. window sashes that have rotted out (see photos). Rot is right thru the timber to the inside. Scope of work is break out glass, in situ replacement of bottom sash and part-height replacement side sashes. Finish to pre-prime standard and ready for glass to be installed. For one window, install sheet metal flashing under existing board (similar to existing). Builder to supply materials. Builder to be experienced and qualified for the job. Thanks
