Small ground level deck
Job description
Ground level deck. Small L shape - 13.4 m2 in total. Also decking up against the low brick retaining wall that surrounds the deck. Ground (gravel on clay) has been cleared to 200 mm below the top of where the deck will reach (just below the sliding door). Standard 90 mm decking, softwood, the same as in the other deck (photo attached). Nailed not screwed.

Really nice guy, job well done. Fantastic workmanship and attention to detail (makes the world of difference). Milan and his assistants were friendly and polite, respectful and considerate of gardens, pets etc. Highly recommended, we are now getting more work done inside and out by MK Construction.
