Small bathroom leak repair

I have had a burst pipe which has caused damage in my bathroom. I am having the pipe replaced Monday but need someone to come and fix the bathroom where the water has leaked through. It was the second time it has leaked and I had it repaired once but needs finishing properly this time. See attached pictures.
