New deck in Avondale

We need our existing deck replaced. The dimensions for the new deck are, approximately: 1.5m x 4.5m excl. stairs 2.5m x 5.5m incl. stairs (2 wraparound stairs 50cm deep) Deck height: approx. 75cm There are two existing roof posts which will be at the corners of the deck platform, as per attached drawings. We'd like to use 140mm Garapa and the boards should be "framed" (as per attached image). We assume we'd do any staining/oiling ourselves. The deck that is being replaced will be torn down by us. However, you might be able to re-use some of the pilings which are approx. 5 years old. The existing deck has a slightly larger platform but no wraparound stairs. We'd need the job to be completed within the next 6-8 weeks (End of March at the latest).
