General Home Maintenance

1. Any maintenance needed on the roof 2. The checking of the wall near the outside door for the bottom ensuite room to ensure there is no further water leaks. 3. Tidy up of the holes made on the jib wall. 4. Carpet replacement on the bottom ensuite room. 5. The main front door rattles and is also peeling. I would need your views on what options we have here. 6. The intercom system doesn’t work so we need to see what options we have here. 7. Am thinking of getting the inside of the house repainted.
