Job description
Tenant advises a small area of floor boards in separate toilet now feeling spongy. Toilet was leaking a few months back so could have contributed to this over time. Vinyl floor covering. Require a qualified person to undertake the initial inspection and quote to remedy all the work necessary to reinstate fully. Thanks

Completed the job efficiently. Price was mid-high, however choose to use MAD as could get to the job in a quicker time frame. Good communication with tenant and co-ordinated a convenient time to undertake the work. Thanks
