Two new decks and glass doors

I have 1960s unit in Herne Bay with no outdoor living space. I would like to install: 1. New deck at front door where ground slopes away slightly along length of unit. Area of 8.5 m2 at height of 100mm at door to 300mm. Planters at opposite ends of deck - length 1700 x 300 mm deep x 500mm high 2. New deck off bedroom requiring also installation of glass French doors in existing wall of full height windows. This deck to start at 1490 mm high and 2500mm wide. Opens out to 700mm long landing by 2500 wide then 3 steps down to deck at 900 mm high measuring 2700 long by 2500 wide. Estimated area 11.5m2 including steps. 3. This deck also to have planters on two sides ( length and end of deck) Planters 300 wide and 500 high. One 2700mm long and other 2500mm long. Screen fencing as 1000mm balustrade at top ( where doors open out) and sides of steps. Also some interior renovation to better utilise space. 4. remove bath ( shower already over bath), extend tiled bathroom floor into new shower floor, install glass shower wall and tile part of bathroom wall. 5. Replace built in bedroom wardrobe doors with gib wall. Use some of that space for cupboard in bathroom 5. extend kitchen bench into rest of old bedroom cupboard cavity to create an on bench pantry. May require new bench 2000mm long. This should be a straightforward renovation job not needing consents. Deck height won't require council consent and replacing full height windows with French doors will hopefully also be regarded as not needing building consent. I would appreciate an onsite visit to scope out the project.

Ben and Josh of Craft Construction are brothers and work well together. They are very straight up about the work required, cost and timeframe and care about the job. There was a lot of fiddly interior work in a small unit and we had several discussions about how to modify things along the way. I had confidence in their expertise and advice. They have pleasant staff and a good team of reliable subcontractors for plumbing, electrical , tiling who they know well and work with regularly.
