Build rangehood cover and install a slimline under mount rangehood

Power outlet is there but need a wooden frame built and cover built for under mount range hood . Needs a ducting kit and fitted through the exterior wall. Would like someone who can complete entire job. See pictures of current kitchen and possible range hood. Quote required.
