Lowering Built in desk

We have a bolted in office desk approx 3.5m long than we need to remove from wall and lower as much as possible for basic ergonomics. It is bolted in 2 places and would need to be extra cautious around wiring of office computers. I do require a quote to be given before job starts as need budget approvals from HO
