Custom Indoor Umbrella Stand

I want to have a custom-made indoor umbrella stand that is suitable for my artisanal umbrella, and blends well with my small home size and decor. My umbrella's length is 95 cm, and weighs approximately 1 kg (hence the need for a sturdy, lean, and tall indoor stand, due to the weight and length of the umbrella). The colour of the umbrella is black. Other than being lean, tall, and sturdy enough to hold a 1 kg, 1 metre umbrella, the stand should only have a diameter of up to around 20 cm. Please send me with your sketches, dimensions, material, and price estimates if you are interested. The design of the stand will be important for this job.
