Built-in shelving

We're wanting to build in some shelving around a window seat in our lounge. I've attached a very rough sketch of what we're looking to do, an image of the space, and an image of an existing item that's similar to what we're after (though we'd be painting ours white, not staining). Would need all materials supplied, and advice on best materials to use for good quality but lowest cost. Measurements: Room width - 406cm Height - 240cm Window - 180cm(H) x 160 Shelving depth - approx 30cm
