Plywood shelving in kitchen alcove.

We have an alcove where an old fridge used to be. We would like to get three (3) plywood shelves added to this space. The dimensions are 1590mm high, 670mm wide (although widens gradually to 675mm at the top), and 650mm deep. Note there is a 65x20mm strip at the back on the right that would require some shaping to the shelves to make them fit. See photos. Ideally the shelves would be stained rimu colour and polyurethaned - we can do this ourselves if it adds too much to the cost.
