Repairing a broken drawer that will no longer close on a slat bed

At the moment it is only possible to half-way close one of the wooden drawers on a queen-sized slat bed - and its also difficult to fully open it. Something seems to have gone wrong with the metal runner on the RHS of the draw and the wood or whatever it runs on, that is causing it to stick at half-closed, rather than fully opening or closing.
