Vanity and kitchen - final fixes

Job description

Cabinet Repair
Wellington

Vanity was moved during reno - but wall and flooring in the corner need to be re-finished to make it watertight and less ugly. I have leftover lino and matching paint. (I will get plumber to disconnect pipes so the vanity can be moved for access to the corner). Make the "box" at the top of fridge cabinet smaller (I.e., raise shelf) for easier access to the power outlet behind it. Cover any visible screw holes or other construction marks so it all looks neat and new. Trim and fit toe-kicks to in kitchen (800mm long on one cabinet, 1600 mm long on bench unit). Now that flooring has been laid, toekicks are too deep, so need to be trimmed by a few mm. Install two Cavius smoke alarms on ceiling (I have purchased these). I'm looking for someone who can work neatly and carefully within tight spaces!

Dave did the work I asked for - he did an excellent job in the bathroom, and the kitchen cabinet is better too. He has a warm chatty manner.
