Sturdy wardrobe self and clothes rail

I need a super sturdy wardrobe shelf and rail for hanging heavy clothing installed. The wardrobe space also contains a hot water cylinder to the right, so the shelf/rail can only attach to the back wall and one side wall of the wardrobe area. See pictures attached of the previous lower shelf and hanging rail design (which has broken twice with the weight of clothing) and the wardrobe space (currently featuring a temporary clothes rail which I’ll remove). Happy to provide more details. I’ve not bought replacement shelving materials and brackets yet as last time my choices weren’t strong enough (MDF shelf and 125kg L brackets with diagonal support).
