Mount Shelving Rails on Concrete

I've got four vertical rails (elfa wall bands) that have 6 mount points each. They need to be mounted to a concrete brick wall. They need to be straight (vertically level) and mounted such that shelves connected between them are also level. I have the mounting hardware, I just need someone skilled in accurately measuring and drilling concrete.
