Angel's new Bathroom Linen Cupboard

I need help finishing a job that my husband started. The project is to make a built-in Linen cupboard in our main bathroom. Husband built the frame very well, made things level, and installed a new light fitting inside the cupboard (he is a Sparky). When it got to the point of finishing the job, hanging both doors, hinge fittings, and completing the plastering, he abandoned the project. He is happy to hire someone to take it over because it has sat unfinished for almost 2 years... Main things this job requires: - Cupboard plastering to a finished state. - Painting & hanging both the doors (already purchased). - Sealing and painting, inside and out. - Fitting some internal shelving slats (already have the slats). - Fitting the handles on doors and bottom drawer.
