Replacing water damages counter top

Hi, Is there anyone who will be able to replace the counter top around the sink without re-doing the whole top? I am not looking to spend a lot of money replacing the whole cabinetry or the whole top at this time so looking to do a temp fix to stop further damage at this stage. Thank you. Regards, Eshan
