Sand back and resurface kitchen bench tops with oil

Strip and Sand back varnish, and resurface kitchen bench tops with oil. (Possibly also stain it first) You will also need to take out the sink and replace and seal it, as the worst damage is around this area. Possibly remove the wooden backsplash if this is possible.
