Replace 2X Bathroom vanities

We would like to replace both vanities in the master bath and spare bathroom including the drainage pipes replaced (current pipes leak). We have already purchased and getting delivered 2X sets of: 1) --- --- ) --- --- ) --- --- *We haven't bought a waste plug but would like recommendations on decent plugs that won't block the flow of draining water.
