New Kitchen - Updated

I am reposting a job i have previously posted. I have not given enough information about my expectations so giving it another go. I am building a rental property in Newtown. I am going to keep the property long term, so durability and price are the key. I do not need any fancy features. I need something pretty basic, and reliable at a competitive price. I have working drawings ready, and the kitchen is likely to be required in September.
