Build a cupboard

My laundry is in my bathroom ... I want to build a cupboard around it. Standard height of standard ceiling. Length would be that of a washing machine and a tub (The toilet is right alongside it...so can't go too much further. Depth - that of a washing machine. In the top part I want a couple of shelves. I just want a ballpark figure so I know what to save toward. Please email, don't ring.
