They're not really professional since their their progress took almost two months for this wardrobe renovations, but they sent me a letter for explanation regarding excessive timeframe delay and gave me discount 10% from invoice, but it's really uncomfortable when it took so long.

"in reply:
- original job was for standard door replacement.
- however on measure doors were not standard size and required custom made.
- door manufacturer gave a timeframe of 10 working days. however ended up being 35 days due to busy time of year.
- communicated to client on regular basis.
- when doors arrived we had them painted and installed within 6 working days, this includes removal of existing doors and painting of new doors, as well new framework.
